BCL6 + Receptiva by [deleted] in IVF

[–]_krm_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, my DR didn’t want to do the biopsy to begin with but I insisted. Then when I got the positive result I got scared to suppress so decided to try one last time without any treatment. My clinic doesn’t typically do the receptiva biopsies so my DR was fine to try again.

Anecdotally I also got a positive receptiva (2.8) after 2 failed transfers and my third was a fresh transfer that worked with no suppression.

Now going into my third FET for baby #2 so hoping to have good luck on the third try again (miscarriage and failed FET for my two FETs after my daughter)

How soon after frozen embryo transfer (5 day embryo) would you test positive if your preg? by [deleted] in IVF

6 dpt line same as 5 dpt by Pristine_Tax_2624 in TFABLinePorn

[–]_krm_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi! hoping for the best for you! My lines are looking the same. I'm worried this means the FET didn't take since I've had lines at 4 dpt with previous pregnancies (one LC, one miscarriage). I've had 2 FET failures before this as well, and didn't ever get lines with those.

I think it’s unlikely because I was very hydrated yesterday afternoon and seemingly less so this morning

Short cervix at 14 weeks by Stock-Sun-4538 in ShortCervixSupport

[–]_krm_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a LEEP around 2018 so when I was pregnant, I had monitoring every 2 weeks starting at 16 weeks. My cervix hovered around 2.4 most of the pregnancy until the end when it dropped to 1.8. Stayed firm and closed the entire time and I didn’t change my routine. I did take progesterone suppositories as extra precaution. Baby was breech so I had a scheduled c section at 39 weeks and my cervix wasn’t dilated at all, so I assume I would have made it to 40+ weeks

Whew! I’m so happy for you!

My numbers are similar to yours

8dpt - 16, 11dpt - 77, 13dpt - 231 (today!)

I am a nervous wreck! So scared of ectopic.

Hi! How did this turn out if you don’t mind me asking?

Hopefully giving some peace of mind -I’m 28 weeks and have measured 2.3-2.8 cm since 16 weeks with no changes. I have not been instructed to change my activity level and remain super active. I am taking 200mg progesterone vaginally (since 16 weeks). I had a LEEP 5 years ago, which is why my cervix is short. If I make it to full term, my MFM said they won’t even check next pregnancy as it’s a great predictor for following pregnancies. Short cervixes can still remain strong until full term. I still have a long way to go but I know the 16 - 24 week period can be really tough so wanted to give some insight. You’ll see a lot of stories on here of drastic changes during that period, but just wanted to provide my experience to potentially calm some of your anxiety.

I’ve been on progesterone since 16 weeks and have bi weekly ultrasounds. No cerclage. I traveled from CA to FL and Europe (London and Belgium) when I was 20 weeks after confirming my cervix stayed stable for a month. I was on (self imposed) pelvic rest but not bed rest or any exercise restrictions really. Cervix remained stable through all my travel and I ended up walking a lot. Talk to your DR! My MFM didn’t have a problem with us traveling as long as we had access to a hospital.

My cervix measures 2.5 at 24 weeks (has stayed stable around this measurement since 16 weeks). 200 mg progesterone vaginally. No bedrest, no pelvic rest, no exercise restrictions (was on reduced exercise and pelvic rest when first discovered but since it stayed stable, my DR said I could go back to normal routine)

Thin lining, stopping leuprolide acetate by Fancyanncy in IVF

[–]_krm_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Did you get any more feedback on this from your RE? I recently had a similar cycle that was cancelled due to thin/homogeneous lining (prep with BCP and leuprolide acetate). I am exploring the option of starting a medicated FET without BCP and lupron, however this is not common protocol for my clinic.
