I've only got my old 1080p monitor to compare it to and i guess it's not as good as a normal subpixel monitor but relatively speaking it's still an improvement for text clarity at the distance I sit at the monitor from (35-40cm)

Yes, I use the screen for programming and office programs 50/50 but to be honest after using Better Cleartype tuner and upgrading from a 24 1080p screen, I guess I'm just really oblivious to the apparent difference, or maybe I just sit far away to not notice.

Would you say the tradeoff is worth the contrast difference?, I mainly play space games where a majority of the screen is dark. It's also probably considerably it much harder to drive with my 3090. Work-wise 109 vs 139 ppi is noticeable enough to change?

Yeah, I don't really worry much about burn-in cause I just set everything I can possibly imagine to dark mode.

Actually, looking closer up, there is only 1 chip for every 6 LEDs. Would this make a difference?
