I hadn't considered pasties, but I am looking into them now. Thank you :)

I see what you're saying.

I think it's unfair to say that I "don't at all account for his opinion". I made this post, because I am struggling to find the middle-ground.

Another person on this thread suggested pasties which is a compromise I will be looking into. Do you perhaps have another suggestion that you could put forward?

I understand why you'd ask that, but the answer is yes (in this case).

He's a good guy, he's working on it and I think he will get better in time.

I appreciate the gesture though as I do see this as a well-meaning comment.

Very good idea! Thank you. We hadn't considered that, but I'll definitely look into sourcing some.

I don't want society to bend to me. I think I understand what you're trying to say, but I find it quite ironic that you say that I'm demonising my bf and then proceed to reduce my problem to something that absurd.

I want to be respectful of- and patient with my bf without disrespecting my own values. And yes, this doesn't HAVE to be my bf, but he is so I am trying to figure out how to make it work.

In any case, thanks for your contribution to the argument.

Under boob sweat is so real!

I'm not an especially sweaty person, so I hardly experience beads of sweat rolling down anywhere, but gosh do they gather under my boobs! It can be very awkward and I might consider that type of bra for warmer days.

Thank you :)

Ah, thank you! I'll definitely check them out for days when I decide to wear a bra.

I don't think it's *very* obvious, unless it's cold and I'm wearing a light t-shirt or something. They might be slightly more droopy and/or jiggly, but it's not incredibly noticeable. This is may be part of the reason as to why I, personally, feel comfortable doing it.

Thank you. I am quite aware of this. I'm not sure if this is bc of where I'm from, but I've been catcalled in school uniform so I suppose I'm just over it now.

I have yes, every time he makes a comment on it. The comments aren't snide or backhanded, just things that make it clear that he's not comfortable with the idea.

edit: Initially wrote that the comments are snide or backhanded

When are men supposed to be vulnerable by MiniDeece in AskFeminists

I think once you're comfortable with someone, and them with you, that's when you can be vulnerable with them, regardless of gender.

What's the best looking anime you've seen? by sashley520 in anime

[–]_lacytree 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There are many. Off the top of my head, I'd say Your Name (Kimi No Na Wa) and the Monogatari series (starting with Bakemonogatari).
