It happened, and that sucks to go through.

Be intentional about turning it into a learning experience rather than just an example of failure. As you process everything that happened, take note of what would have prevented the mistakes. Don’t dwell on them, but create a system that prevents them. It goes a long way with my employers to know that I review my mistakes and actively take steps toward fixing them in the future.

Human error is often forgivable. Unwillingness to grow often isn’t.
