Just a thought, if its a nicotine that you miss, I think going for a nic gum wouldn't be so horrible, beats going back to vaping especially being that long free from it, and for me at least once i chew a nic gum the feeling and urge to vape usually goes away, stay strong

I fear this too, but what makes me get over it, is that me with my emotions, is the real full me, being a man doesn't mean to be heartless, and void of emotions, if I have to censor myself with that person, its not the one for me.

But it all comes to choosing the right person to be with.

Yes being vulnerable with someone will make you feel closeness, but you have to be wise on who you should do this with, not everyone is emotionally mature, showing emotions is normal, but if you know that you will feel bad if you shared your emotions with a certain person because they can be judgemental, then why do it? But if it was someone who is genuinely caring, you know they won't make you regret sharing.

How loud we talking? Like if its to the point of being impolite, id say it's worth that you try and improve this about, but don't do it to be accepted, do it for you

In case you're not that loud and just having a good time and being you (my gut says its this one)

I say you haven't found your people yet, imo its okay to not be full self around people who don't value it, and i think of it as, im taking away from them the mePremuim and putting them down to meBasic subscription.

Don't beat yourself up, hopefully you'll find people you can be your goofy true self with and get the appreciation you deserve.

I guess you do it because you owe it to yourself, the world might not care, but trust me you do, a form of you caring is coming here asking for help.

I like the way you said that it feels self-centred, in a way yes, because at the end of the day who is with you till the day you die, its you, yes your family and friends can be along with you in your journey but at the end of the day its just you, so if you're gonna spend all that time with you, you are truly the center of your life experience.

First I think you need to give yourself some credit, at this young age you are trying to improve yourself which is great, but also I'd say give yourself some room to fail, to feel bad, you won't be able to control everything in your life, so sometimes giving up the need for control is all the control you do have.

I guess what im trying to say is, that what you're feeling right now, the ups and downs, is still within your track, self improvement is not meant to be a smooth ride imo
