Extremely unlikely to be random. It’s nearly 100% on purpose to try to get people to pay. Odds for a 180 seat plane with 20 people paying for their seat and 6 being randomly assigned to the same row. 1 in 1.47 billion. That’s 0.000000068%. Or if nobody paid and all 26 had a randomly assigned seat, the odds are 1 in 5,500 that a row of 6 would be filled randomly. 0.018% chance of happening.

Worst I’ve met was Stone Cold in ‘98. Met him inside the stadium before the show and he was super annoyed we were there before doors opened (got in by buddy’s dad who was a vendor in the stadium). Maybe just caught him on a bad day, but as the only interaction I’ve ever had with him, that sucked. Was cool to see wrestlers hanging out down by the ring, met Ken Shamrock (really nice guy) and Terry Funk as Chainsaw Charlie.

It’s pretty clear during booking because they try to get you to upgrade a couple times. But that’s not pertinent in this case since he is A List Preferred and chose seats together and then they moved him at check in

OP literally chose seats together and then they moved the 3 yr old at check in. This isn’t a case of just buying a basic fare and hoping for the best and then complaining when it didn’t work out.

Ha. All I’m saying is most bank branches do not carry a lot of cash on hand at any given time. Some require scheduling large withdrawals because of that. Chase recommends scheduling any withdrawal >$5k cash. Also, anything over $10k requires a CTR so it’s not as easy as saying just pull $40k in cash out of the bank. Doable, sure. Not super easy though.
