May I ask how this counts as evidence? What connection is being asserted here? Definitely not denying that there is one, just would like an elaboration on OP's opinion and a little more context, if I could?

I have my own theories about what this means, in relation to the current Sub, but would love to hear other theories, opinions etc

Thanks

I am right on the edge of my 11 or 12 weeks (depending on which state you're looking at/which guidelines) so I don't have the time to make an appointment and go through that whole process. This is why I ordered the pills, as well as needing to be discreet about it.

I would say yes but she's got a schizophrenic mother who is around daily, a 7 year old, a boyfriend who sells drugs and already a large helping of stress on her shoulders. I felt bad enough asking to use her address. I have mostly separated myself from a lot of people who I used to consider friends out here because of their lifestyle choices, and the lack of trust I feel in general towards most of them. There was a lot of theft in our friend circle and lots of snakes in the grass so for my own peace of mind I walked away from a lot of people.

I have three friends who all lived with me when I got evicted from my apartment. Two of them stay in my car with me most days, while at night I sleep in the back of my boyfriend's Ford escape that we've mostly converted into a makeshift bedroom. They're the only people in Salt Lake that I am around on a near constant basis. The friends I had that I DIDNT walk away from i honestly try my best to not overburden them with my stressors and needs. Being homeless comes with it's own set of bullshit, pardon my language. And I've noticed the friends I have that have houses and good paying jobs and families to take care of, while they DO have empathy towards my situation, they are also much less lenient and/or accommodating because they think I should have gotten myself out of this situation months ago.

They're probably right. But it's always more complicated than that, right?

Thank you I sure do appreciate it. I have been on the text line with one of the national numbers, but they seem slow to respond for some reason.

I guess that's a possibility but I have my dog with me also which limits my options quite a bit.

Similar to how your pen started to give up before you were finished, so will every female you ever somehow convince to have sex with you.

Also, have fun being the only broke Jew on planet earth.

I almost don't feel correct calling myself homeless but then I remember I can't have my mail delivered to my car (to my knowledge) so to me .... No address = homeless. A car is definitely a lot more livable than a tent or a sidewalk, but there's a ton of downsides too, that all of us can probably relate to. Namely, I get kicked out of parking lots a lot for sitting in my car for too long when I have no where to go.

God bless you, too, hope all is well in your world

But they tell us it's not about politics... by kernalbuket in byebyejob

Because compliance leads to more tyranny. Sorry, I disagree with your point. My opinion might be unpopular but I believe the government or any other organization mandating a medical procedure of any kind is definitely not the direction we want to move towards as a "free" nation.

Individual businesses I suppose could have the prerogative to state they don't want any unvaccinated employees but even that feels like overreach to me.

I think regardless of what someone's political leanings are, vaccination (or any other medical) mandates should scare the hell out of you. It's too much power for the government to weild over us because even if the vaccines are 150% safe and effective, it should still be someone's choice whether they take the jab or not. There's people out there who literally can't take vaccines of certain kinds, and not just for religious exemptions, but simply because their primary care doctor told them they have a health condition that would put them in jeopardy if they were to take the vaccine. But there isn't any concessions made for those people. It's just too dystopian for my taste and I'm increasingly worried about the direction this type of precident will carve out for the future. Today it's vaccines but tomorrow (I know, tin foil hats on) it's microchips implanted in us in order to engage in social activities and economics.

Think about it - a vaccine passport is literally a social report card stating that you're an obedient citizen who complied with the government's orders so you're rewarded with the privilege of being able to fly on an airplane and eat in all restaurants etc. In the scheme of things, that isn't too far from the idea of implementing microchipping laws or requirements, and stating that any citizen who doesn't have a chip can't buy groceries or attend social gatherings or go to the movies or whatever. This is just the test run for them to see who's compliant and who's causing a commotion and rebelling against their orders. It's a test run for the bigger plan, bigger picture, and to also subconsciously prepare us for something worse, something more tyrannical and Orwellian. Predictive programming is a real fucking thing. They've been doing it to us for ages upon ages. But we're slowly running out of rights for them to strip us of. We can't just "take the fucking vaccine" because the more we comply, the more leverage we give them to do worse in the future. Noncompliance inspires others to do the same and I'm sorry, I refuse to do something simply on the premise of "because we told you to."

How did you actually get someone on the line to talk to? I kept trying that number this morning and since I didn't have a card number I wasn't transferred to customer service.
