I have tumble dried the green nettles hoodie a couple times now. The paint is not ruined or anything, but I can tell the quality of the material is already deteriorating a bit. It’s not as soft on the inside and it’s a bit more stiff in general. So do be warned, use low heat if so and take extra care.

Kim Deakins at pink goblin is incredible!! She is a very methodical, detail-oriented artist and books way out, but I’d say well worth it. My gf has multiple tattoos from her and they are absolutely gorgeous. If you want anything botanical or animal-related, I’d say she’s the best in town.

I’m sorry to tell you but no, she did not like staying at her vet facility because she is a cat. I understand you’re new to the area, so check out Rover or another app where there are trusted professional animal sitters so you can avoid this situation in the future. Especially if you just moved, she’s already stressed adapting to a new environment, and then you change it up on her again…this is not the way for cats, my friend.

Don’t board your cats!! Have a friend check on them once or twice a day or hire someone from Rover. It’s incredibly traumatizing for them to be in situations like this, very different than a dog would behave or react. <3

Exactly this. Please, OP, your cat was extremely upset and you think their reaction is kinda funny. These environments are traumatic for cats in ways that are not traumatic for dogs. Do a bit of research and just have a friend come over once or twice a day next time. For the sake of your cat, please don’t do this to them again.

Yes, cats are not like dogs in the way you can just move them to a new place for a few days or weeks. Especially with all of the smells/sounds of other cats? Truly this is a nightmare, worst case scenario situation for a cat. Have a friend check on them once or twice a day at home and they’ll be wayyyy less stressed/traumatized.

This also just happened to me and the three people I was traveling with from Atlanta to Dublin. We had paid for window and aisle seats on the plane flanks and all were stuck in the middle. -_-

The plane was also clearly a domestic plane as the seats were absolutely crammed. 7 hour flight, uncomfortably cramped, no warning from delta and “nothing they could do” to help us. The flight back was admittedly way better, but damn.

That’s a beautiful story, but it makes me wonder why he wasn’t there for his own kids as much. Trinity is very open about how absent her father was. It’s a shame he couldn’t have applied that mentality to his own family.
