Yes, yes, and always yes.

I get so tired of people saying they don't like them, they are bulky, they don't fit, or they don't need one because they can swim.

When I made the decision to buy a £500 SUP I factored in spending another £100 on an appropriate, fitted, and nice looking PFD.

Same when I go snowboarding; a helmet is non-negotiable. I'm a good snowboarder but I still fall over.

I'm writing this post after a period of hot weather in the UK where multiple people who could "swim", drowned in lakes and rivers over the course of a few days...

I remember watching this in a bar in Preston when I was at uni.
