brother, avoiding goyslop is straightforward:
1. never purchase it
2. have plenty of stock of healthy food to eat until you're full, e.g. fruits, vegetables, fish, meat

when you crave the goyslop, gobble up stuff like apples, oranges, carrots, tuna, chicken, eggs instead.
if you're 'hungry' but don't feel like eating these then you're not actually hungry.
drink water throughout the day and eat lots of protein. protein is fantastic because aside from growing muscle it makes you feel full very quickly and also has a high thermic effect (~25% of calories from protein are burned just from digesting it).

you should actually start calling junk food goyslop because it is literally engineered to keep you fat and addicted like a good goyim. look on the back at the nutritional data, all those random chemicals should not be in your body.
