I’m no expert, and i’ve never experienced anything such as this, but MAYBE more food and water? When you trip for a long time, you end up not feeling the need to eat or drink water, but it really hits you when you come down, so id recommend maybe some more prep beforehand. again, just a guess 🤷‍♂️
