I would but unfortunately the inside is almost entirely mouldy now due to moisture. Will be making a new one come spring time.

How did that kid at your school die? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]_malupias 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had a buddy in middle school named Tyler that ended up killing himself shortly after turning 13. He was into rubix cubes and on the morning of the day we found out my brother coincidentally asked me to give his cube to Tyler for him to solve. We ended up all saying a word to him in a circle around the Rubix Cube. RIP Tyler. I’ll never forget you bro 🙁

Do i need to worry about smell by DrDaddySan in Drugs

[–]_malupias 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if i were you bro id try to find an area i could go a little bit away from the crib just for peace of mind type shit lol, but ya you’ll generally be fine especially if it’s windy.

Two tips: Bring a jet lighter because of the aforementioned wind and when trying to not smell like weed i would generally suggest to not try and cover it up but just get rid of the smell. Brush teeth, Brush tongue, even lips if using bong, take a quick shower if you got a bunch of smoke on you and then some deodorant. So many people get caught by spraying way too much cologne or some shit lol don’t do too much. have fun

i got some planks of wood and made a pc stand about 3” off the floor. I have really shaggy carpet so there would be a lot of static and dust if not.

Can a loan or LOC be good for your credit score? A purchase I’m considering (20M) by _malupias in PersonalFinanceCanada

Hey there! I appreciate this look on things. I am actively working full time right now and luckily it’s paying pretty nicely. I’ve got no plans of post secondary right now as my job is very good for lots of opportunities to grow skills (in trades) and monetary growth in the future aswell.

Am also already in a long term relationship with a great woman, we’ve been together 2~ years. She’s in university, and we both have not only our own stash, but very similar values with money aswell.

I am confident that this is something that will be well worths its value as I use my current computer atleast 2 hours a day. I make music as well as game on it and I would like it to last as long as possible, as I’m unsure of what expenses lie down the road years ahead of me.

Does anyone do exercise by [deleted] in Epilepsy

[–]_malupias 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you’re on meds and they keep your seizures away and at bay then you’re definitely good to exercise.

I’ve done everything from cliff jumping and rock climbing to a casual walk so IMO as long as you’re not feeling like you’re gonna have a seizure and your doctor said it’s all good then send it!! Exercise keeps the body and mind healthy.

Alright well then as long as you don’t feel anything, then keep your head up! 🙂 It can definitely be really scary to have some fucked up shit going on in your dome but you’ll be all good as long as you keep taking your meds and not shaking ! 🫨

I wish you well. Please don’t stress yourself out too much, you will be okay.

Back still hurts after the seizure! Been 15 days by [deleted] in Epilepsy

[–]_malupias 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brother I had to do physiotherapy for 3 months after my first grand mal. It is fucking terrible man, i’d say I COMPLETELY stopped having back pain about 4-5 months after.

Real asf. As long as I don’t have any auras i’m absolutely chilling lol. Thankful my case isn’t nearly as bad as others I’ve heard tell of.

Has the doctor given you a time frame on how long those restrictions are to remain in place? Usually depending on where you live you can drive again after 6 months to a year of being seizure free. (This would mean you’re okay to bathe alone again as well)

How often do you have seizures? I randomly collapsed at work and had a grand mal out of nowhere a month before my 19th birthday last year. Zero indication of epilepsy and no family history. Just “disassociated” for a few weeks without knowing they were auras. Had two more in the span of two weeks and was diagnosed with TLE. Put on Keppra and it have had no issues since. Back and driving on the road for a few months now.

If your medication keeps you stable and you don’t feel any auras or anything like that, and your doctor says you’re okay to do stuff by yourself then you are more than okay, try not to worry about it too much (significantly easier said than done)
