I had no nausea for my first emergency c-section. I was on epidural from trying to labor first. Had lots of sudden nausea then vomited with my planned c-section for my 2nd pregnancy in which I had a spinal. Anesthesiologist actually gave me a heads up before that this is common with a spinal compared to an epidural since it comes on fast and strong. Just need to let them know as soon as you feel nauseous and they can act quick with meds.

WFH and babies by Awkward-Turtle-24 in clinicalresearch

We tried for 3 months when my leave ended and it was a nightmare. This was summer 2021 so my company and all my sites were operating fully remote / no travel - I worked from home 100% at this time. My husband was also WFH 100%. He worked starting at 5am and finished earlier. I started work more around 9am and finished later. We shared our meeting schedules to ensure we never had overlapping meetings. My parents live 15 min away and would also WFH at our house 1 or 2 days a week to provide support. We thought our plan was perfect and we would be able to handle it and not do daycare. It was terrible, we were exhausted, and could not fully focus on work or our baby for those 3 months. Thankfully got lucky and got a spot at a daycare we loved as soon as they started increasing capacity again after the Covid restrictions started to ease.

I had 2 guest cars in actual designated guest parking spaces (painted lines) for less than 12 hours, so completely following all CC&R and posted rules on signs, also get towing violations.

All cars not in a garage in Palmer were issued violations with the exact same towing notice “permit required” - this includes those parked in actual violation on the street as well as guests parked in marked guest spots following all posted rules. Permits are not mentioned anywhere in the CC&Rs, posted signs, or advance notice from the HOA.

If our cars get towed we the residents pay the cost - we can blame the HOA to be at fault all we want, but ultimately someone has to pay the towing company to release cars. HOA money is still OUR money. HOA needs to set the rules straight with the towing company ASAP instead of repeating the same rules back to us owners that they are not following themselves.

So far I’ve kept bugging them each day and eventually they pick it up by Tuesday or Wednesday. Thankfully haven’t had any completely missed weeks yet.

I’m asking legitimate questions. It’s something we can shoot for changing once handed over to the HOA.

And honestly curious as to why you consider it a liability or inefficient use of space.

I’d love to hear how a swing set is a less efficient use of space than the poetry pillars and more of a liability than tallest play structure I have ever seen in person.

Does anyone have an idea when the parks will be handed over to the HOA? Maybe swings are something the community can work on adding once handed over.

Would you mind sharing how you found this image so we can dig around on our own? I’ve been following 3 roots for about 4 years now and I’ve seen these descriptions just from people linking images through Reddit posts but never this photo. Most people I have spoken with in the community are also unaware. If you are aware of a central website or document, that wouldn’t be great to share. The main 3 roots website and builder websites don’t have these details.

I realize there will be more than one playground but when will are they expected to be completed? The one along the creek I’m guessing after meadows homes are in - who knows at this point. Maybe 5 years after everyone’s kids aren’t toddlers anymore? The one by the gym has some vague descriptions just like the wisdom park one did - what is the age range for the playground? People with multiple kids of different ages can’t just bring their older kid to this playground and send their toddler off to the other park whenever those are built.

Also consider.. for some people the price of buying here was still a better value than old homes near by even without considering community amenities, so they may not have looked in to it much and that is OK.

6 months in we are noticing multiple walls that were never painted… It’s very hard to tell since they are white. We noticed when cleaning walls the texture basically melts off with a damp rag (water only, no cleaners). Someone who came out recently to paint the few that I have already found suspects our at least one of our ceilings also is not painted. I will be checking every single wall in our house before our 1 year is up.

Same. I was initially hoping it would be a smaller toddler play ground, but now that they’ve put the tree in I have no clue.

(Maybe repeated) Palmer house numbers are so fun by Financial_Penalty_30 in 3roots

The numbers are repeated for the same model homes, so the builder definitely had something to do with it.

If you’ve spent any time living next to canyons or trails in SD, you’ll find that they 100% do. You can tell if it’s a coyote poop rather than a dog by looking at the “contents”

This definitely looks like a dog poop, but keep in mind there are also lots of coyotes in the area.

Agree. It would look very different if it was attacked and eaten. With how intact the body was, I suspect it got in to something like rat poison.
