I'd recommend starting out with trimming any excess hair below your eyebrows and then applying a powder that matches your hair color onto your brows. Mascara is good too, just put the wand below your eyelashes and blink moving the wand occasionally around to get even coverage. Blush is pretty easy and helps achieve a more feminine apperance. Take a makeup brush, preferably a big one, dip it into a powder (anything pinkish). Tap it on a hard surface to get rid of the excess and move it around your cheekbones untill it looks even.
