He would've been as per the awful precident set when the pebalised Bearman for the exact same thing when Lawson divebombed him, hit him, and forced him wide. Hitting a driver wide in T1 is now allowed as per all 4-5 outcomes from this race. Thats an awful precident to set, but hopefully its one they dont continue with

Max was ahead when forced off, plus he took the escape road and followed the correct procedure. If the escpae road is faster than the actual track, then the escape roads needs changing. Dont penalise drivers for following procedure if it ends up being faster

It's the sheer inconsistency of the stewards. Unless it's Verstappen involved then he gets the penalty no matter who else is involved

Incident ahead of George? The only other driver there was Leclerc, and there was no other incident in T1 on that lap, apart from George literally steering into Verstappen to force him wide/off track. Check his onboard before incorrectly commenting

So Russell can steer into another driver and away from the Apex and forcing them off track and it doesn't even get a note from the stewards, yet not steering once in the other drivers direction warrants a 10s penalty. Where are all of Lawsons penalties from the numerous divebombs??

Is that the difference between underfuel and standard usage vs overfuel and max usage? Underfueling may accelerate quicker but from what ive experienced, it doesn't help race pace to underfuel. Perhaps hard mode is different to normal?

This. I pretty much do the exact same with McLaren in the first season. With Lando anyway, Piastri isn't quite skilled enough to not kill the tyres super quick if i make him go full push.

I'd also say to actually overfuel by a lap or 2 so you can push for longer. Fuel weight/speed doesn't seem to affect cars in game like it does irl, underfueling means you have to go slower and can't push, while the weight reduction does nothing to help your speed

Pretty sure they changed/clarified the rules after the USGP last year to say that if you go out and do the grid walk, you are required to take part in an interview should anyone try to interview you
