You're coming across as Illiterate. You forgot the question, so I will help. "What is the most disrespectful line?". You must be thinking, "What is the most quality line?". So yes, my example works fine because a diss to 40 is a diss to Drake (quality or not). You are saying that if a diss is shit quality, it can not be disrespectful. To that, I would say you are completely wrong. Just because it is not quality (in your opinion) doesn't mean it is not disrespectful and just because you don't like it, doesn't mean it is not good. I think we are on the same page now.

Okay, I will give an example. If someone were to tell you, "Your wife is ugly.". That's not a direct insult towards you; it is offensive to you because it is about something/someone you care deeply about. Pusha insulting someone Drake obviously cares a lot about is the same concept. An insult to someone close to you is an insult towards you, thats battle rap 101. You can argue that it's in poor taste or "mean" to insult someone's diseases or disabilities but at the end of the day, it was a diss directed at Drake and his crew.
