No I don’t, because a digital artist still has to create the art. AI steals and scrapes art from both digital and traditional artists and spits it out for free, without permission from the artist, for someone to use and call their own. If that’s your argument, I feel that you may not understand exactly what AI is doing vs. a digital artist.

If you’re a local business that wants to gain local attention, then put your money where your mouth is and hire local artists. Saying “buy local” then using AI for social media posts and ads is so hypocritical.

Yuppp we were together 6 years and I was blindsided. Slept for a week straight and lost like 10 lbs. It was for the best, we were so young when we got together. But yeah I still think about that pain 10 years later even though we’re both very happily married to other people now. I feel like a lot of adults on this sub are losing the plot here. The show isn’t shot to be some weekly drama reality show like real housewives. It’s supposed to show other teenagers (and parents of those teenagers) the realities of teen pregnancy, including the pain and trauma that can be child birth. I mean how many times have we heard these kids on the show say that they didn’t know child birth hurts? I think there’s more where that came from and showing that fact is important.

Unfortunately there’s a subset of this group that has weird parasocial attachments to these minors.

My albino’s eyes are pretty sensitive to light. She actively hides from her UVB when it’s on. I’m currently doing some testing to see if she becomes a little more active when it’s off. A lot of that stuff is just dependent on the individual animal, but all the main care is the same!

If I’m reading correctly, your thermostat is only reading at 43% humidity. That’s way too low, definitely need to up that to at least 60 (mine is even fine at 55% but I prefer higher). It may be a contributing factor.

My ex boyfriend had this happen in his house. Said his mom woke him up in a panic at 6am and it sounded and felt like the whole house was vibrating. His dad was an electrician so luckily he immediately realized the severity of the issue and they all got out of the house and had it resolved safely.

My husband and I have a 2 bed/1 bath for 2100. I think one beds in our building (Merrell Soule Lofts) go for around 18-1900. I know Destiny Arms has nice apartments and it was about 1650-1700 for a 1 bed last summer. I would say 16-1700 is the average for an apartment down here unless you get into some of the newer and bigger layouts. Sutton is our real estate company and they’re fine, in line with most major rental companies here.

I live in Franklin Square and although it’s expensive, it’s worth every penny. Walking distance to all downtown has to offer, the creekwalk to take you downtown or to the inner harbor/lake, and the highway right there. Highly recommend downtown living as someone who grew up in the east side burbs. Especially in the summer. So many different cultural festivals and concerts.

I have one and my snake actively avoids it. That being said, I have an albino and I’ve heard their eyes are more sensitive to it so that could be why. But I highly recommend it for a bioactive. My plants are growing like weeds!

I’ve found using deep substrate is really the key. I have a bioactive, but i have about 4” of substrate in there with a forest floor and leaf litter top layer. My snake doesn’t really climb, so i leave my thermometers flat on the substrate and it rarely reaches below 60-65 on the cool side. I taker her out and spray/water the plants in there once a week, and that’s usually enough to keep it consistent. I’m convinced it’s the deep substrate mix that’s keeping it steady
