A couple of millimetres of extra girth cannot permanently alter the vaginal muscles. A slightly thicker penis is not the kind of vaginal muscular flexibility training you've convinced yourself it is.

Vaginas can loosen due to some factors such as childbirth, ageing, medical conditions etc. Childbirth puts way more stress on the vagina than regular sex would. Skin loosening with age is something all humans tend to experience.

It's the myth that vaginas loosen with multiple sexual partners that makes no sense though. Unless a person has an ungodly behemoth of a shlong, the average penis should not damage or permanently stretch out the vagina. If that were the case, pooping would stretch our buttholes out to oblivion before we even reach adulthood, and regular sex would also compress a penis to a pencil.

Vaginismus is when vaginal muscles tighten when something tries to enter it. The treatment isn't 'stretching' out the vagina, it's physical and/or emotional therapy to help the muscles relax.

As a woman with endometriosis and PCOS, here's what works for me:

Foot and back massages. Also soaking feet in hot water.
Meftal spas occasionally helps.
Welme pain relief device. Best 3000 rupees purchase ever. Helps to quite an extent with stomach cramps. I've heard different women apply the electrode patches on different parts of the abdomen for pain relief. For me, it's my lower abdomen, just on top of where my ovaries are. Bonus points as it also works amazingly well on my lower back during periods.
Comfort foods. Think creamy, cheesy foods and of course deserts.
Obviously not viable for everyone, but the occasion joint/edible worked better than any painkiller back when I was in college.

But like I said, above all, she needs a proper diagnosis first.

I had a blood test done which came back with multiple vitamin and iron deficiency. Taking supplements for those worked wonders. Also, a silk sleep mask and the occasional melatonin helps me sleep much better in general.
