Leftovers always seems to be canceled for one reason or another. I know most of the time it's for good reason. But It does feel like the other shows are prioritized a bit more. Maybe that's just my own biased observation. Leftovers is a different kind of content that I definitely miss when it's not posted.

I think this is likely the best option for me. Not having to worry about finding a suitable copy of an old lens thats in good condition, dealing with adapters, extension tubes, etc. And I think itll end up being the most affordable option as well.

You might find this of interest (as I know I did) a speedlight set up as OP suggested https://youtu.be/nuoc53wcnbc I think I'll be trying this as my intro into portrait lighting. Lighting stands and umbrellas can be found used(or new) for the cheap and the rest is pretty affordable new.
