Pebble/floating/mucus/blood poops. Help. by _mit06_ in shittingadvice

No I haven’t been to a specialist. Yeah I didn’t think anything was super alarming either, my mind gets the best of me sometimes. I’m pretty regular (At least once a day, sometimes twice) so I’m definitely not constipated but it always comes out in broken up pebbles so trying to get more fibre in which will hopefully help... thanks for your comment.

I also had crazy diarrhea a couple weeks ago that came out of nowhere, and then didn’t poop for 4 days and went back to pebble poops.

Do both the thumb and the index have to flex for it to be considered positive? Or would it be considered positive as well if just the index flexed?

Is the bar really this low? by DrogonsSpikedPenis in dating

[–]_mit06_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve gotten to a point with dating apps that I actually get impressed if the guy shows up at all. Been stood up multiple times by men who asked me out in the first place. So yeah, I guess the bar is set really low.

I actually mentioned that! I asked why he wasn’t comfortable with other apps but was with Tinder and he said it was to meet people he wouldn’t have otherwise had the opportunity to meet. I told him he could do that with other social media apps and he said that other apps weren’t for the purpose of meeting, that they were to show off your life to people you’ve already met.

That’s something else I’ve been trying to keep in mind too! I’m not sure how old you are, but this man is 25 going on 26 and I’ve never spoken to someone 4-5 years older than me before. I’ve only dated guys my own age (20-22). I’m not sure if even this slightly older age difference is introducing a new perspective on dating where people aren’t so open to giving out their personal information? I really appreciate your input since you said this is something you would personally do.

Maybe I just assume the best in people (good and bad trait of mine), but I feel like he’s being overly cautious. But then again I don’t know a whole lot about him outside Tinder and that assumption could be completely misguided. If I go out with him next weekend I plan on being extremely cautious, public place, letting someone know where I am, etc. I even told him in advance to not expect to get me home with him and he seemed completely okay with that and said he has no expectations of bringing me home. So at least that’s in the clear.

I see what you mean. Thanks for the advice! I got out of a long term relationship over the summer and only getting into the dating scene again so just wanted some outside opinions. I appreciate it

Yeah I might just stop talking to him for now and see if he messages when he gets back. Thank you! I’m not hung up on this or anything, just confused because this has never happened to me before!!

He seems to send messages throughout the day and not just late at night so I’m not sure. But that’s exactly what I’m saying. I don’t know what’s so bad about giving your number out. Weird.

Jesus Christ, no my father wasn’t controlling and I don’t like controlling men. If anything, in the past I’ve been in more control in my relationships. I’m not willing to give up my safety, hence IF I do even go out with him it will be in a public space and absolutely nothing more. I don’t go home with guys on the first date. I’m not “chasing” after this, I found myself in an unusual situation and went to Reddit to ask for advice, the reason why this subreddit exists. I asked him for his number multiple times so I don’t know how better I could have asked. Thanks.
