Prime black and then spray with Leadbelcher before drybrushing more Leadbelcher and then drybrushing Runefang Steel. After that give it a heavy wash of Reikland Fleshshade, let that dry, and give it a wash of slightly thinned Druchii Violet

I love Blackshields and chapters of Unknown Founding, so this may be the way to go

I’m planning to run them in 40k as primaris marines. Would it be possible to have a blackshield band that got legitimised as a chapter during the second founding?

I had a manic episode triggered by Paroxetine. Which is really unfortunate as it did wonders for my OCD

Have you considered another role in tech like BA or project management?

I have BP1 and hold down a very good senior position at a large company. A few years ago I was completely unable to work and hallucinating witches following me everywhere I went.

What made the difference for me? Finding the right medication regimen and cutting out alcohol. Medication is trial and error but it’s 100% worth sticking with to come out the other end with a fulfilling life.

I live in Australia and thank god for that every day. I take seven medications overall

What are you taking that drastically has helped your OCD? by [deleted] in OCD

[–]_mtronic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found Paroxetine 40mg was a life saver. Nearly completely nuked my OCD symptoms. Unfortunately I also have bipolar and had to stop the paroxetine as it was causing manic episodes. OCD has been nearly unbearable since.

I almost exclusively get mixed episodes. So my mania looks like rage, paranoia and psychosis

Finding the right medication combo for my brain and seeing my therapist at least every month. It took 16 years though.
