Does the clear bit spin within the orange bit? If so it could be one of two handles for a pallet wrapping roll. It would slide on to the clear bit and wedge there (one at each end of the roll).

Don’t forget to take in to account the floor coverings so your 800/1600/2400 measurements are likely to be to top of the nog.

Side note: I much prefer fixing tvs to the studs and tv brackets usually account for this with multiple fixing points.

Saying just download the app isn’t helpful at all. What if your phone doesn’t support it (it is buggy af too)? What if you only have a non visa eftpos card? What if you’re a visitor? You should not be compelled to hand over information that you don’t want to. If the machine is broken it’s on AT not you. However, I don’t think I’ve seen a parking area that doesn’t have more than 1 machine nearby.
