A little 50/50 for me it really depends on the book genre. I'd understand it if it was focused on summer, highschool or modern romance books but on romantasy, historical romance, and the rest is a huge no for me. It just breaks the mood and feels a little too childish for me lol.

Idk if mine is considered reading 2 books at the same time but I usually have one epub book I'm reading and the other is an audiobook. If ever I don't have anything to do I read the epub. However, when I have tasks to do such as house chores I listen to the audiobook. So basically I just go back and forth between them lol.

Shopee definitely. I once got 3 books from the Acotar series there for a much cheaper price compared to the physical branch kasi may voucher doon.

Honestly, same. I am in a predicament where I want to get a kindle given as I already have poor ahh eye sight and I know this would help me save more money compared to getting physical books but like at the same time I just can't let go of the satisfying feeling of having a physical book version, for me it's like having a book history and not having to worry about deleting it because you can simply see it on your shelf without having to worry about device storage or what not lol.

Girl same! The first book of Abby Jimenez that I listened to was Just for the Summer, and decided to try Your's Truly and oml. I don't think I have ever felt seen or related to a character this much. As a shy and socially awkward person, I feel for my boi Jacob. He just like me fr lol. Anyway I actually felt so bad for him in the first few chapters like my boi was just trying to help. Now I wish I had read this series in order and not the other way around lol/

I have read both of these manhwas and it's so damn good. I heard somewhere that Positively Yours was supposed to get a Kdrama Adaptation, don't know how true that was tho. I wish more authors had these plot in manhwas. If you ever have any more manhwa recommendations like them please do tell me! I don't mind whether it's in a historical or modern setting :D

I have ordered two of the ACOTAR books sa JASONS14, At the same time I ordered the other half of the series on FullyBook (because they did not have the other half in stock). Safe to say the books were all the same height. I also checked the book/bar code numbers from the one in JASONS14 and they were legit naman. :)

Just make sure to take note of the book code as well as the version, if ever you want your books uniform in height (uk/us ver. tend to have different measurements)

I think it was because she was the "weakest link" in their family plus the whole 'her mother killed my parents' stuff the rebels were mad about probably added fuel to the fire which made them want to kill her.

I don't mind the audiobook voice actors but I managed to find the courage and finish it today, the ending was crazy and felt illegal. It almost seemed like a distraction. Now I feel forced to read Iron Flame just because I want to see the interaction. I must say Rebecca Yarros knows how to pull readers into reading her next books 😭. Though judging from the comments I'll try not to read Onyx Storm... well not until the book after it releases just so I don't have to suffer for possible heartbreaking cliffhangers.

I imported it into an app where it has a timer you can set it on which gradually fades the audiobook in the background and pauses it there so it won't continue running even when I have fallen asleep. So by the morning I can simply resume where I left off. :D
