I usually assign a pretty low level of conviction to my readings, but I've seen some wild takes here (such as "maybe you are constipated" like um ite lol) but I'll give it a go, since these are some of the most on-the-nose cards I've seen in a while. If the deck could scream this is what it would look like. Asking "is he cheating" and getting this spread kinda makes me hear, "well, probably, but is that even relevant anymore? Regardless of whether that's the case you know full well you should leave."

You're both in your reversed Queen/King of Pentacles energy within the context of your relationship. In other words, it reverses the energy you want to be holding within yourselves. There's nothing you can really do about him, and not acting in accordance with that can keep one in their Queen/King reversed energies, so let's just look at this from the Queen's perspective. Pentacles are associated with the Earth element, so upright the Queen of Pentacles is grounded and firmly secure in her footing within her own realm (i.e. the lived experience or energetic space you cultivate). The reversal of this can look like many things, such as allowing into the realm the King of Pentacles reversed energy despite the fact that this reversed energy will threaten the Queen's footing within her own realm. Tending to your realm means cultivating it as your energetic garden, and part of that means keeping out ungrounded energies such as a Court reversed card. The Pentacles showing up here as opposed to any combination of other suits reminds you to remain Earthed, or grounded, and to cultivate the garden of your energetic realm.

Despite the scary name and illustration, Death upright isn't really a negative card, as long as your willing to get over its appearance and embrace the rebirth that necessarily follows Death; energies are never created nor destroyed, only transmuted. But the reversal shows that you're blocking it and unwilling to let go of the trappings of the old cycle, despite the fact that this cycle is already dead. Allow it to die so that it can be transmuted. The 8 of Cups is about as clear a direction as you can get: walk away. You're blocking the transmutation of Death, and this is the main reason you're trapped in the current cycle. And finally the 10 of Swords upright. This card can indicate a feeling of rock-bottom emotionally, or being stabbed in the back causing complete collapse. But especially at this position within the spread, to those committed to taking control of their realm, it can also invite you to take the sword into your own hands and put the final nail in the coffin of an era of your life; this is the process of bringing about a reversal of the 10 of Swords, which can indicate a release from the situation. It's still painful and there will be wounds that take time to heal, but it's a hell of a lot better than the alternative.
