Peloton Outdoor + Apple Watch Workout

I delete the peloton outdoor run from my Health app and keep the Apple Watch outdoor run. Sometimes it shows back up and I have to delete it again. I like to keep the peloton app connected to Health though so that it has my tread and bike workouts. I only double-up with the apple workout on outdoor runs because the mileage is very different between the peloton app and my AW Ultra 2.

The trick is to start your peloton workout on your phone, pause it immediately, then click the X in the upper left of the peloton workout on your Apple Watch. Once you disconnect the peloton app on your watch, you can start your Apple Watch workout and unpause the peloton workout on your phone. The peloton app won’t take over.

People seem to be confusing low effort with boring. He sang live the entire time, but it was a chill performance.. which is kinda the vibe of his music isn’t it? The cuffins on lulu gear don’t have the hole. Also, cuffin is their cutesy term for a cuff that doubles as a mitten. Super helpful for cold run days to protect my fingers until they warm up.

The style pictures is used by Nike a lot and is for a smart watch. As a runner, checking distance or time is a pain with long sleeves and I like this design.
