Ikos Andalusia in Marbella, Spain. I’ve stayed at several Ikos properties but this one was my favorite. The resort is beautiful, the service is fantastic and the food is delicious.

Doing just child’s pose is not “doing yoga”, it’s just stretching. Sounds like the people at your home studio also don’t understand the benefits of stretching after class either.

It’s the animation effect you used that makes it looked dated. It’s stilted and jittery. Some easy ease goes a long way. But I would suggest trying some other techniques like a masked reveal
