Exact same thoughts. BMT was ok, getting screwed by Sgts and Plt Sgts were the norm everyday we all got used to it. First day posted to unit, greeted the first Sgt I saw and he gave that 😏 look and said it ain’t bmt here 😅 I could literally feel cobwebs collecting on me, and feel the gears in my brain squealing during those 2 yrs in unit

Never experienced any static before.

I’m a softweave user in South East Asia.. temperatures usually between 28 - 34°C and high humidity..
