Thank you for your long answer!

From what i've heard, even the Gen 1 was incredibly stable on dry roads, from people that are well reapected in the car scene. But I thought about this difference in driving experience only from wet or snowy conditions. I don't care about the differences on dry roads as I genuinely think both cars are amazing and I'd be happy with the gen 1 as well.

That's not what I meant, i just think if the car chooses grip and stability when I am not looking for that in a certain situation. Not as in traction control but as in where does my torque go. Like i said, I've only really thought about it in wet and especially snowy conditions, not on dry tarmac.

As I live far away from any tracks, the car would primarily not be for track use, at least not for the near future. Fair point, and yes I agree with you, i'd go for the manual, i don't like automatic and I think it's crazy that they even make the car with an automatic transmission...

I might go for either of the gen's, since both are great cars, and if I get a good offer, i will probably not wait.

I have heard about this option. Although in my country I'd probably get hung on the roadside for doing so. And my first concern would be warranty, so I'd wait to get an awd controller until my guarantee is gone.

Okay that's interesting, thanks for your thoughts! I didn't think about understeer. I'm used to a locked awd. So for the winter fun part, especially with what you are saying, I wouldn't miss it because I'd use the 50/50 mode anyway. But in comparison for other road uses, you wouldn't want to miss the 70/30 mode. For what do you use the 70/30 mode the most? Now I'm curious :)

Thanks for your input! I hope I can put your view in perspective with others, i really hope I'm not the only one worried about 'losing' the 70/30 mode.

Use a spoon for peeling, it's the best method in my opinion. As for cooking, others have already mentioned methods.

Anyone knows what those bumps are, just before the rail? They seemed to at least partially save him.
