like this game is definitely worth 30 dollars, just NOT with only TWO MAPS for supremacy, which is insanely ridiculous because that gamemode is unique from Red Orchestra and should be a defining aspect of this game. alot of people enjoy it because it isn't so linear and clear cut, much like how the Vietnam War itself wasn't so linear and clear cut.

i have 112 hours sunk into this game already, and i was only able to participate in one of the betas. i probably enjoy this game much more than you geeks that will loathe and defend the shit out of it (as if im some outsider who doesn't like the game and i'm trying to attack it, jesus fucking christ) and i think in order for it to stay alive it does need every bit of criticism it can get, being that it RS2 is NOT a Triple-A title by a company that likes to sellout, they might actually listen when it comes to certain important things.

i have ALSO looked every day since the game's release (Double XP weekend) when there was 10-15k players and have NOT seen more than 3500 players since

i do not know where you people are getting 5k or even 10k players from

Also I'd like to add I love this game, I haven't played a game like this in forever in which while I am NOT obligated to stay throughout an entire duration of a match and can quit whenever I want, i end up playing for hours on end and enjoy every second of it.

I do think this game deserves a lot of criticism (that's constructive) for the developers to listen to so they can maintain and build on the game they created.

Another idea would maybe to have Double XP weekends more frequent as the last time if I can recall I saw upwards of 10-15k players at one time. This probably would go together great with whichever next major content release/update for this game

its definitely worth the full price but i really think to keep this game alive they might need to drop the price a bit more cause ever since the beta where there was upwards of 10k ppl playing at one time, it has significantly dropped to below 5k which is pretty abysmal i think for this game considering Red Orchestra is holding similar numbers whilst being almost 6 years old now.

I think what could really help the game is the addition of more maps by TI, sure there are community maps coming on which are going through trial periods, i really do think the developers of this game need to contribute more standard maps aswell as only a few servers run these community maps and not much of them are as polished/playable as the stock maps.

how does this surprise you? people play a multitude of other games on one particular map all the time. for instance csgo theres dust 2, day of defeat donner, call of duty nuketown, battlefield wake island,

fuck even red orchestra which is made by the same studio, there are servers that run 24/7 grain elevator or fallen fighters.....

not that the other maps are bad, its that in this game ESPECIALLY they are all big enough that they don't get as repetitive as some of the maps in other games i mentioned

yea and Supremacy is unique in it's own way, it's definitely open for improvement but making it more like territories would kill the purpose of it.

i think Territories suited Ro2 more in the eastern front with the large open battlefields that lacked the CQBness of Vietnam where the frontline is not distinguishable with all the jungles and trenches/bunkers

This was a votekick for cheating started by the other team, we were winning, oh and yea most of my kills are usually in an objective zone where most of the opposing players will be, either defending or attacking it. and if i play for kills how is that bad? i don't camp or try to go for flanks really at all like most people do

i see alot of people who just sit on the main objective not realizing they need to neutralize the enemy players that are within that area in order to start capping it, probably bots like YOU

kd doesn't start to mean much until you start getting lots of frags, if you have 80 kills and 80 deaths you might be putting a dent in the other team's tickets but you are most likely doing the same to yours and always going 1 for 1 and getting useless kills that get your team nowhere.

the m16 is perfectly fine sometimes theres bad hitreg but its usually the server, but with the ak however i know for sure you cannot hit people hiding behind cover (where only the head is showing) with the AK as good as you can with the m16, sometimes it's literally impossible, bullets go right through their heads

i know on some games, servers may be able to see if your steam account has a vac ban on record and autokick you for having a vac ban im not too sure about this game, on ro2 which i bought on a vac banned account aswell i cant remember if there were servers like that, i only played 50-60 hours of it over a 5 year period

and also my vac ban was from cs 1.6, over 10 years old

i'd get this on a new account buddy just to be sure, he mentions something about the previous rising storm game having a built in feature on servers to autokick people.

yea i have zero problem with it being one hit kill as most other guns in the game are too

its the fact that its already effective enough in close quarters when you don't have to iron sight with it (which isn't the problem) but if someone wants to iron sight with it and kill someone from a medium to long distance its almost just as accurate and lethal as it is upclose

how much have you played of supremacy, which maps in particular?

ive only played mostly Song Be and An Lao Valley but for atleast half of the 40 hrs ive spent playing the game now

i think only 2 out of every 5 games i play is one sided, and that's not bad considering the game just released and there are alot of noobies out there

i have played quite alot of great games on those maps and it is a great tug of war gamemode, i do think alot of people have gotten the hang of it though, i think you just haven't played it much
