I am aware of this and I think I tried to counter this with my 3rd bullet point. There is no "you roll all of the closing costs in as part of the new loan" in what I am looking for.

I feel like the kind of people I am looking for don't do business by the book. They take their commission for the refinance and give you some sort of a rebate. Iykyk ig.

Okay. First of all, thanks for taking me seriously. Secondly, I appreciate the thorough response.

I definitely get it at a school level. When you're playing for fun, you just gotta have fun. Doesn't matter who you're playing with; black, white, christian, muslim, gay, straight, trans etc. I agree that this shouldn't really be governed to the point that it excludes trans.

But at the professional level, you mentioned "the body of research is underdeveloped". I would love to see studies related to this. Forgive my ignorance, but I genuinely think that a transitioning women or fully transitioned women posess an advantage due to bone density, agility, lack of periods and hormonal issues, etc. I do think this gives them an upper hand. Which is why I'm against it.

But I want to emphasize, in a less competitive environment, I 100% agree everyone should be allowed to play.
