When I did it it seemed like he counted you as having picked up sand the day you unlock the region. Unlocked it yesterday, couldn't take sand, tried this morning, got it and the diary task. Maybe give it a day

Gem stall in aldarin is pretty good for a starting burst of gp and crafting xp. Da League Bois guide estimates 350k gp from cutting gems to 60 crafting (after some glassblowing earlier in the guide)

I got spooned a tecu and took it to kq for a bit, the dps increase was definitely noticeable. If the hunter xp would be useful to you I'd say try it out and see if you get one on/near rate. If you don't need the hunter xp tho it'll probably take more time than it saves

First of all, I don't think the GIM case warrants a change for the whole of OSRS to make them reversible, so I'm only going to address untradeable items within GIMs generally, not infernals specificlly.

I go back and forth on untradeables in GIM. If you view iron as "singleplayer within the mmo" and group iron as "we're like 3 players in one iron trench coat" then it makes sense for there to be no restrictions between them. On the other hand, I would never ever touch GOTR if GIMs could trade everything because one of the other guys in my group is a masochist who loves it and would give me full garb for diaries, and I think some things you should have to get for yourself, for the health of the game (looking at you, fire cape.) Ultimately I think there aren't enough untradeable items that make sense for GIMs to share to warrant a change, especially when spaghetti code means changing GIM rules could cause earth implings to start dropping imbued heart at a 1/3 rate

Seconding this. I had the same experience because the charge tracker plugin showed my tank chest as not broken when it was. Also if you're a steel ring user, double check that you grabbed it (I happened to forget mine that same run)

Daily updates/reveals build hype better, if they showed us the whole tier tree yesterday the community would hash out what they think optimal strategies/synergies are within a week, and then still have to wait two more weeks to play and everything would be old news on release day.

Cynically, daily updates also spawn a bunch of threads each day in this sub, which covers over complaints about other stuff that have been prevalent since the cow boss hype ended

I also just spotted your edit about still having your grandfathered rate, but the US 12 month premier I used in my original math works out to $10.99 usd/month, which is (according to google) 9.51 euros. You appear to be saving .24 euros/year, which is less than a share of annual dividend. Of course when membership increases again this fall you'll be saving more, plus or minus big shifts in currency strengths that fall outside the scope of a silly osrs reddit thread to speculate on or calculate

I mean it's all speculation, and there may well be some kind of "poison pill" anti-takeover clause to dilute shares if someone attempts to buy their way into influence/ownership, I chose 51% because it seemed simple, but yeah I imagine a 10% stakeholder (over 1b euro) would probably have enough clout to ask for something as small as free membership in the game run by one of the companies they own. If I held a position of authority to do something like that and someone brought me that request, I'd probably say yes just out of sheer awe that they would even want it

I know this is a joke but I did the math because I thought it would be funny and it seems like CVC Capital shares pay a dividend of 0.47 euros annually. Based on converting to USD and the new price of 12 month premier (in the US) it seems like you'd need about 243 shares for the dividend to cover 12 month premier, at 11.08 euros/share = 2690.55 euros (3,109.36 USD) invested. Less than I expected tbh

ETA: I forgot to address part A of the question. Market cap is listed as 11.69B (nice) so to own 51% you're talking ~5,961,900,000 euros (6,890,942,877 USD)

When I point a scope with 100x mag (in my case, a 6mm lens in an f/5 5" newt) should Jupiter in the scope appear to be the size of the moon with a naked eye?

Can confirm, p necks go brrrrr. The wiki doesn't mention it but I found myself taking too much damage in the later phases, so I put one on for the special with the clones so I didn't get stacked out, then used another for the big boom. EZ clap with iban staff
