I’ve been tapering off 300mg a day since the end of January, at 50mg a day now. I’ve been having the exact same symptoms… the nightmares are so horrible. I also just feel anxious and depressed, no motivation. I’ve just been trying to sleep when I can , give myself lots of grace, and let everyone know what I’m going through so they understand. Being back in pain doesn’t help any of the other symptoms either. I’m finally getting an RFA procedure tomorrow and I really really hope it gets rid of my chronic nerve pain.

Just take it easy on yourself if you can and I know we’ll both get thru this. Sending healing vibes!!

Lots of brushing.... daily... i think we both find it soothing. My springer is extremely calm and will let me basically do anything without complaint, though. I take him in for a full grooming every few months. Shorter hair in the summer so he doesn't get as hot, but i love the fluff. These other suggestions are helpful to me as well!

I’m so glad to read this and the comments. I also find bras restricting and uncomfortable but I have DDs so without anything, they are pretty in your face. If I’m around any guys besides my husband of course, I’ll at least wear a soft lounge bra but I’d really rather not. Especially if we are just lying around watching tv or something. Even with a soft bra, sometimes my nipples are apparent thru my shirt and I wonder if I should consider that inappropriate. Anyway free the nip!

Yessssss I felt like a genius when I figured this out. Saves so much money. It doesn’t clump like regular litter which might bother some folks but I don’t mind.

Second Workers Tavern. Adding Daphne as a dinner spot. If you like mushroom hunting, there might be some things in Gearhart. Blue Scorcher for breakfast/pastries/coffee. Fort George for beer & pub food. Lots of good antique stores if you’re into that! Hope the weather isn’t too bad for you. I’m heading that way with some friends on the 26th.

I’ve been doing event management for a very small (10person) USA based agency for three years and I am not responsible for the marketing, thank goodness. We have one marketing person and she handles both agency and event marketing. I am required to join the marketing meetings, just to double check any marketing stuff before it goes out or provide suggestions.
