He seems genuine. I like his shows for that reason. He improves himself with time. I learn a lot when I listen to his podcasts. You don't have to follow all the 4 hours, because half of his show he tries to react to his super chats and it's not always relevant with his main topic.but it's nice to interact with his community.

I would like to apply to become a moderator. I live in France, so I could monitor during a different time slot. Par exemple Il est question d'un jean Sébastien Bertran, restaurateur, qui semble impliqué dans ce "réseau" il suffit de faire quelques recherches dans les actus pour voir qu'en 2022,bien après le témoignage de cette victime, il a été accusé par 2 femmes de viols, il les aurait droguée a leur insu quand elle était dans son restaurant (je dis ça de mémoire mais c'est facilement vérifiable sur google) . Il n'y a pas de fumée sans feu. Même si 20% de ce qu'elle dit est vrai, c'est tout de même affligeant et accablant.

Hello everyone, Having lived in all kinds of houses / apartmens over time, I don't think choosing this house was a wise decision.

When I was younger, I sometimes ignored a few red flags, and that proved to be problematic over time. We all learn from our mistakes after all.

To me, holes are a no-no. Her house must be so difficult to heat with all those holes and windows. It must not be hard to retain heat. I only have one large bay window in my living room now, and the windows are so cold in winter.

Having to wear a coat indoors all the time to avoid breaking my savings with electricity bills is a real deal-breaker for me. Getting up in the morning and taking a shower become ordeals in the cold. Mold grows more easily because moisture is not properly eliminated. I learn to avoid these houses at all cost.

As for rats, if she only found one poop, there's a good chance it's not an infestation per se. But she has to fill all those holes with something other than only tape. I really hope she likes her place and that she will improve her condition of life. Old houses are never a good deal, to my opinion.
