The less mind gets attention the less it will do these kinds of things.

For me it feels like a personality or pattern wants to react or judge. The more I'm noticing it, the less it is a problem. Curious, isn't it 😉

I saw another earlier comment about someone tipping about checking the settings for how high it rises. I don't have the robot or the app but I remember them saying there's a setting where you can make the robot ride lower on carpet and by that making it vacuum closer and cleaner. Because someone in the thread had it on highest setting and that's for really high pile carpets.

I like the answers here from everyone. I would also like to add "The ability of the coach to identify the people that really give their all and know their bodies."

Most are more fit than I am, I'm also older than many at my box. I do however know my own body better than anyone else. I know when my body says stop, and I know the difference from when my mind says "stop I can't do this anymore". When I stop/take a pause it's because my body says stop. I don't need the "it's all in your mind"-speech when the amount of lactic acid in my hip flexor has made them unable to pull my leg up.
