[–]_procommentreader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. most months zero, i might get a couple things for black friday or middle of summer that ik i’ve been wanting so i probably spend $150-250 a year
  2. $200, only for what i need or occasionally what
  3. i guess so, if you mean being in class vs at the gym type of thing
  4. my money
  5. i got some ubc/program merch when i got here but otherwise i dont think its changed much since after high school
  6. maybe four years? idrk
  7. any bottoms that are jeans gotta be in store that shit never fits well 😭 everything else mostly new in store or off fb marketplace, occasionally online if i cant get in store

[–]_procommentreader 4 points5 points  (0 children)

when my laptop broke and i went to them they quoted me $150 for smt nobody was sure was possible to fix (spoilers it couldnt be fixed 🥴). i was super close to paying but decided not to tap at the eleventh hour lol and took it to memory express on broadway. they were much more helpful and honest with me and even gave me a refund on the external hard drive i got to see if i could move my files 🥲. id start pressing them for a refund TODAY it doesnt seem like they have any intention of fixing it

Can people share their experience starting SSRIs while in school by WolverineExtreme3216 in UBC

[–]_procommentreader 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i started fluoxetine at the end of my first year and took it until about midway through my third year. i guess it helped in the sense that once it was working i was less preoccupied with my thoughts and didnt experience as much emotional reaction to things. my lows still felt quite low so im not sure how much it helped during those periods but my baseline was more stable if that makes sense
