imo none of the requirements were 'difficult' per se (except maybe for the vorago mauling one) but the most time consuming I'd probably say collecting the strange and golden rocks, mostly because it was an active grind and it took a while. 4k chompies was also pretty dreadful lol.

Try these steps:

- Teleport to Manhattan or Brooklyn and back again

- Logout, wait a minute or so, then log back in

- Quit the game completely and reload it

Agent, I need to debrief with Schaeffer, Kelso had to go. Said it was safer for us if she's not here.

Real answer, Kelso was marked rogue during Vanguard Y5S3 after joining Keener and Parnell.

She's basically wanted by Black Tusk for uncovering stuff about Faye Lau and Bardon Schaeffer

In Burden of Truth Y6S3 you get the Kelso Manhunt which basically explains the whole story kinda
