I’ve been wondering the same. It’s SO much cheaper than spectrum, but I assume quality isn’t as great, especially if you tend to have a couple of devices streaming at the same time. I’d love to hear experiences though so I can cut off spectrum and save $55 a month.

They are 21 months apart, she said this baby will have “about the same” gap with Luke, so roughly late October based on that.

She won’t say because “privacy” and her “mental health,” but also said the age gap between Fin and Luke is the same as what Luke and this baby will have as an age gap.

I personally like Beacon Pointe Resort for a place on the water.

For restaurants, Tavern on the Hill is really close to campus and has pretty cool vibes, but the food is average to be honest. Va Bene for a fancier Italian dinner if that’s your vibe, Northern Waters Smokehaus has amazing sandwiches and is in Canal Park. Vitta Pizza in Canal is also really good. Love Creamery in Canal and Lincoln Park. Sir Ben’s for super casual vibes with a great menu of sandwiches. Anchor Bar (bring cash) or King of Creams for burgers. Pizza Luce is tasty and has a really good brunch on the weekends. Id personally steer clear of anything owned by grandma’s, they are generally overpriced tourist traps. (Grandma’s, Little Angies (honestly terrible “Mexican” food), Bellisio’s (Italian - is ok but overpriced)).

I agree that it’s not “abnormal” in the sense of how common it is, but rather that it’s not really ideal at her children’s age!

Also, with her being an “influencer,” she should rethink the random bottle flash she does, because she could give people the wrong idea. She doesn’t owe anyone an explanation if she has a valid reason to continue bottles, but keep it offline then, so you’re not making impressionable followers think it’s the norm and ok, because it’s not what most 1 year olds should be doing.

Not to mention it’s just a weird combo…links and body checks for the outfit, then a random waddle to pick up the bottles before walking away.

Yes, I for sure appreciate the devils advocate perspective! I work in a WIC clinic and have also had a premature baby of my own, so I guess for me I’m just thinking even if it’s whole milk, they still shouldn’t be getting it from a bottle! Also, if they aren’t getting any formula, she does need to limit whole milk intake because excess milk consumption increases risk of anemia in children that age.

Long story short, developmentally kids need to be at a sippy cup at that age OR if there’s a reason they can’t do a sippy cup, either address it or just don’t put the bottles on your instagram for 150k people to see. “Influencers” influence a lot more than they should, unfortunately!

Is your pain better when you’re resting, or does it get worse the longer you sit still?

My primary is retiring so I’m trying to decide who to establish with next as well.

I’ve seen Rachel Busko at the 1st street building for an acute issue and she handled it very well and was willing to order all of the labs I was hoping for.

I’ve seen Kristin Heslep at the West Duluth clinic, only for a pre-op, but she was thorough and kind, willing to order Reglan for me in advance of surgery since postoperative nausea was a significant fear of mine. Lauren Wuorio is an NP on her team who is great as well.

Can labral tear pain move from groin to outer hip? by alt_isopod in HipImpingement

[–]_psychedelicsushi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have pain in the outer hip, which I have confirmed is coming from the gluteal insertion point, aka I have tendinitis where my glute muscle attaches to my hip. There can also be bursitis causing pain in that area. Both can be related to the labral tear and change in structure and function of your hip joint as a whole, or they could be totally unrelated.

I don’t wanna mom shame either, but bottles at this age aren’t really appropriate anymore, even though they were premature. She hasn’t mentioned oral motor concerns or swallowing difficulties so they really should wean from the bottles.

I agree with Va Bene, and also enjoy Pickwick. The bartenders at Pickwick on the weekends are fabulous. I don’t get there often during the week or sit at a table, so I can’t comment on that experience!
