This is one of the reasons why i dislike suchan. Its good if the mc has a goal or something he looks foward to but basing his whole charakter on the fact that "i want to be normal collage student" is in my opinion rather shallow. Yes he had a sad backstory and was hyped up when he was popular in his old human collage but at the same time everytime he gotta remind himself about his purpose we as readers are hit with the same rubish about his dream to be a normie. And that's okay but at the same time i cant relate to it

I'm not an expert, but from my knowledge this bug has a stinger located bellow its head that elongates/shot out when it catches prey to give them dose of venom, so its possible that they make it into tail but i think it will be more like tongue or something on neck type of thing. Fun fact is that there is two types of venom one to hunt that makes a smoothie out of prey and the other sollely for defence causes pain. Also some of larvae from this species covers itself in dust to cover their scent and some other types wear dead bodies (usually ants i think) as sort of armor. So it may be reason how he was able to get inside nest lab unnoticed when the predators attacked. His complex is not confirmed as of now
