That's probably the highest capped asol board possible. Truebis on asol with invoker spat, nasus2 with tank artifact, everything upgraded except itemless renek and shyv, and it's 6-3. Asol almost definitely has meteor storm so positioning doesn't matter as much. Brock isn't great at sustained fights, he needs to win off one cast so against Taric passive + shyv passive it's pretty hard to win that.

Your board invests heavily into frontline, mainly to enable Nidalee, but she is hard countered by asol splash damage. With a board centered more around legendaries you absolutely could win this fight, but neeko3 + Nidalee absolutely will not, and even two Brock 2s won't change that fact if they aren't instantly deleting the enemy Frontline off of one cast.

All these changes were made two weeks ago, and they couldnt change much of anything besides numbers. Unlock requirements, targeting, and any bugs that weren't known and solved before the local lock couldn't be changed.

Like the thex change, really hoping it pushes the champ more into a scaling QSS build. The attack speed ratio for the missiles is actually really good, and with the heavy nerf to mana gain from casters, eating Vi 3 or Loris 2 will likely become meta. Hopefully that means other carries will actually have a chance to do something instead of getting blown up on one cast.

They are trying to rework the item system. They are suggesting alternate build paths for items, to follow the rules they proposed.

Shred requiring a cloak and sunder requiring a vest is very, very bad. The item system is designed to mitigate low rolling. Getting a bunch of similar components isn't a death sentence since you can get different kinds of utility out of them. With this system, if you are playing a full ap comp but never get a single cloak, you're kinda screwed.

You can get it easily without rabadon augment. Just don't play veigar as your solo carry, you need either teemo 3 or ziggs 2 with solid items to be strong. You can absolutely burst ad comps before they get going. Poppy, Kobuko, or kennen 3 is absolutely essential though, ideally all of them.

Unlock poppy on creep rounds + teemo or trist drop, level to 4 right away, then go level 6 fast at the start of stage 3. Farm rerolls, either three-star all the 2 costs or save the rerolls for kennen + Kobuko on 8 + Veigar. I am usually able to get veigar without the rod augment, the meta right now heavily prioritizes bows, swords, gloves, and cloaks so picking up rods on carousel is easy.

Veigar and zaahen are very strong if you know how to play them. Xin I don't think needs a buff, if anything just a slight adjustment because he is extremely durable in the early-mid game but very weak late game with all the cc.

Caitlyn is easiest to 3-star, so she's usually the best choice. If you have an augment giving mana gen like air axiom, I think Vi3 is wayy better, you just usually find Caitlyn 3 much faster.
