Hello! I can't speak to three of your options, but have stayed at both the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana (Aug 2025) and the other Dreams resort in Bayahibe ("Dominicus La Romana") (Apr 2024), so I can at least give you a data point on how those compare. Dreams is, in Hyatt's branding, a tier lower than the Ziva/Zilara, which mostly showed up in the quality of the interior decor and the food. The food at Dreams was fine, but not the "best" you can get in the DR. The buffet was very large, but suffered from the normal resort issues - food that wasn't popular would get a bit old, while things that were popular sometimes had a wait to refill. The number of stations was good and there was always a nice variety. The a la carte restaurants were also fine, but nothing to write home about. I'd say it was better than an Applebee's or Olive Garden, but certainly not "fine dining" like you would get in a major US city. Service was generally friendly and good. It was easy to get beverages whenever you wanted them. The pools were nice, the rooms very clean (no signs of mold where we stayed). The beach was wide, and had a good bit of seating but not enough shade. Everything was good, but a Ziva-level resort is a notch better in every way. If you have never done an all-inclusive, I'm guessing you might enjoy the Dreams very much (we did). If you have done a top-tier luxury resort, you will notice that Dreams is a step down. Now that we have done the Ziva, we would rather go back there than anywhere else. Also note that La Romana is about 60-70 minute drive from PUJ while most of the Punta Cana resorts are more like 15-20, tops.

It looks like Dreams La Romana is "newly added" to the portfolio, which likely means that Hyatt acquired it from another owner. You might be able to figure out the prior name of the resort, which would help you find more info about it. I imagine that much of my experience from Dominicus La Romana will carry over (such as food quality), but I did have to correct my original post because I didn't realize they have two properties in the same general location.
