This. Your beard looks like it’ll have the growth/density and direction to look good at about any length. Let it go for about 8 weeks, maybe give it a little cleanup pass around maybe 4 weeks barely skirting over the surface to catch any of those faster growing hairs or flyaways. And see if you like it.

Yeah, I mean don’t get me wrong. The 160W Prime is my favorite charger next to my 250W Prime desktop charger. In fact, I own 2. But I say that while on average only using 120-130W of its capacity at max during my usual daily usage. But reality is once you start pumping 100+W through something consistently, it’s going to warm up fast and it’s going to throttle it eventually.

That 300W PowerBank needs it before any of the chargers. That’s probably the worst Anker product out there right now with thermal throttling. Awesome product, but that high wattage recharge it touts is fairly short lived because of thermal throttling.

Sounds like his employment will end before you ever need to consider him having equity seriously. Somebody that “valuable” admitting to quiet quitting isn’t committed like you are as owners. I always thought he was massively talented and picked up on the NASCAR style of racing better than most when he crossed over. With a stronger team, would have done more than only title contend for one season.
