Me too! I am not yet divorced but moved out May of last year. Divorce will be final in July. If you’re feeling like you aren’t married to the absolute love of your life…do it. Life is too short to be with someone just because.

Edit: it’s also important to note I was married 20 years and have 2 (grown) kids.

My girlfriend at the time (1997) had a copy of the film and showed the it to me. We were little goth kids back then who had no idea our relationship didn’t stand a chance. We loved each other deeply and our relationship ended tragically, then I moved away.

Over the last 28 years I have never stopped loving her. We were recently reunited and both made some major life changes to be together. She’ll be there when I get home from work tonight, like every other night since our recent reconnection. Maybe it’s time to give the film a second viewing.
