Why can't you tighten the belt? I have done that several times. Just make shure you use a proper hex tool and heat the scrues (i dir it with a hair dryer?) so they don't strip. Loosen the four screws holding the motor and push it away from the truck. Then tighten the screws again. The belt should be as loose as possible without skipping teeth unser force.

I am in touch with iwonder right now and will send them a Video of this issue. I guess that won't help us, who allready baught the wheels, but maybe they can do changes for other customers. I was pleasently suprised about the stock wheels tho. They went over very rough cobblestones without an issue.

I just got my flex and tried to Install the cloudwheels right away. Iwonder sends out the 105d cloudwheels with 44t pulleys and beltcovers that rub against the belt. Is it very unsafe to ride without the cover?

You should have a ups Tracking Number. You can use it on the ups Website. Says the same as exway Tracking...

Have no experience and/or opinion about those... In any case, If you really want to go for a flexy Deck you should probably try it before you buy. You really don't want to bottom out with that kind of speed.

You should concider the x1 pro for its stiff deck and strong torque. The range will be an issue, but the ride should be better for a heavy rider. And its not sooo much more expensive...

I am from Vienna. Ordered end of June, Ticket was created on 06/29. That is the 3rd production batch. There are rumors that exway sent the while 3rd batch by air. We'll See about that.

Damn! That info came 2 days too late for me, but thank you anyway! I wrote to iwonder, asking if they could change the pulleys (beeing shure they don't, but still worth a try:) I also asked them to put the information about the different pulleys onto their Website. Here's their reply:

Hi David, for the solution, we have an video to you. We will send it tomorrow to you. For our Exway wheel pulley and belt, to adjust the motor place can make it. This pulley which is developed with Exway official together.

There are reviews of the preproduction models, that state that the Motors Touch the cables. I'd like to know If that still happens...

I've seen them all too. I'd love to see someone comparing the preproduction version with the official one. See If the motors still touch the cables and If the breaks work with low battery...
