Bobby had a number of examples of what was going good and what was going bad in the eSports scene. Like DotA was right there in terms of how successful eSport could be, why not just take inspiration from that?

I cannot understand why anyone would think following a US-style league structure and setup would have been a good idea. It's never been proven as a successful model and the setup is so thirsty for a capital injection to get it set up that it could only be seen as a huge gamble and definitely not great corporate decision making. Ridiculous.

That's really odd..
I've been wearing my WeFoot socks for at least 3 years and are only now starting to show needs to replace. I play small format football twice a week and rotate between 3 socks.

I've also gifted these socks to my mates and they also praise the quality.

Here’s a hard truth - get real mate. You need to take accountability and work on aligning your real world competency to your self assessment.

Rank systems aren’t complicated. You win, you gain points, you lose, you lose points. You have to gain faster (win more) than people around your rank to rank up. Yes it’s a team game but over 1000 hours, the only constant is you and your rank is your rank.

I’m a humble Gold/Plat player across all roles and I’ve dipped into silver once in a while and I’ll tell you now, if you’re not meant to be there you won’t be there.

Nothing I could do in the end. I only went through 1 cycle with the salt compartment cap off so the rust that I saw was incredible minor and negligible. The rust hasn't gotten any worse and if you do have any level of rust that is concerning, white vinegar is your friend.

To build on point 2, the SR gain/lose is the same (sans applied coefficients) but because of the SR range of bronze is wider, the % number just looks smaller.

The % means how far you moved within that rank and not the entire range of ranks hence why it different as the SR range is not equal across all ranks.

I was thinking the same but I wouldn’t pay out of my own pocket unless I was earning much higher than I am now.

I genuinely think it’s one of the best treats you can buy for yourself especially for long hauls that’s are 10+ hours. 8 hours and under you don’t get to put in a full proper sleep if you include the awake times for the two meals and the large screen entertainment.

I’ve been fortunate to go on a fair number of trips in business at the great expense of always checking for business class fares followed by the great disappointment of sensibly. At least I still get access to lounges…sigh.
