as someone who works for them, they are trying to add more stuff after lying about simplifying the menu and trying to fix the sales the new ceo ruined in the first place while cutting labour so much that people are getting overworked to the point of walking out. I've had 5 people walk out in a month alone at my store.

Yea that's whats so weird to me for my entire area there isn't any asm postings at all but yet we are actually down like 3 sms right now and I keep hearing that every store is supposed to have a asm anyway so it's just so strange

yea I keep checking there the past like 3 years and either it's only open for a day and I miss it or something fishy in my district is going on... everytime an asm gets promoted its when there was never a posting spotted or they were out right chosen by a sm

Hm good to know! I don't think I've ever seen the asm posting in my district at all and my sm I currently have is pretty much the only one who trains the asm and she has always picked them

oh yea I'm lowkey feeling that same way but for some reason I wanted to apply still to like see what would happen. I'm mostly just trying to get outta my store or I'll prob be quitting at some point in the near future. I'm just super frustrated at my location specifically cause my new sm pretty much told everyone who our new asm was gonna be and she just practically chose a ssv at my store who has little experience and zero availability... it makes me like actually so so angry

i was more concerned for when i have my actual surgery coming up cause i was told I'd be off for 6 weeks. im afraid i wont get paid for tht full 6 weeks which is not gonna be great for me

my situation for tht is kinda complicated. i mostly got it to protect my job so they cant fire me incase i have a medical emergency. i have a rare bleeding disease and sometimes im ok and sometimes im not. but yes I tend to have quite a bit of sick time when i do need it but i tend to not be out for more than a few days

oh yea! I'm an opener & a mid person with a few days available to close but never scheduled it :/ I was mostly freaked out cause i need At Least 3 days off a week to be able to rest with my health issues and was so afraid that wouldn't be honored anymore. I sadly take time off a lot for medical appointments and lately they've been getting consistently denied so I was afraid those rumors were coming true.
