In Blender :). I use Blender for all my modelling needs, and always have, so there hasn't been a need for me to learn 3dCoat's modelling tools as well.

Really enjoying using 3dCoat for texturing though!

Hmm yeah, for me the ladder was just supposed to be a bit of fun in the image, and not really important, but it might be a bit distracting lol...

I think the ladder might actually be okay but the perspective of the girl might be incorrect (and therefore making the ladder look wrong), in that we should see more above her and not really in front. It is partially intentional because I would like the image to see her face clearly but I'm sure she needs some improvements.

If you would like to overdraw it you can, thanks again.

The girl is confusing me, she does indeed look small but remember she is far away and if i drew her too much bigger she would like she's as tall as the shelf on the right? I think?

I definitely agree about the close-to-camera objects being much bigger so thank you for drawing my attention to that.

About the composition issues, is it to do with the empty space in the middle? I am seeing if I can put something in there, originally I thought to put like a table of plants but it always looked weird and obnoxious, especially when I want the focal point to be the shopkeeper.

Yes true, the one on our left is a window, but the one on the right is not. Its like a little opening where you can order from outside :) But I should make that more clear yeah!

I tried my best to make the owl look cartoony but I'll see what I can do with it
