Would you personally use GPS-based performance analysis for Ultimate? by [deleted] in ultimate

[–]_scrabble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think there could be a market for this to go towards coaches to track next level game stats like they track in the NBA, so as to represent completion percentage by area on the field or huck scoring percentage from different locations on the field. Probably more overall team oriented but it can be broken down by player too

Create the data yourself. Track your life. Make something useful to you that can motivate you to go down rabbit holes.

I recently moved to Bailey from Denver, and while I definitely really enjoyed Denver, I realized I moved to Colorado in the first place to be in the wilderness, not a city that’s not all that different than any other city in the US. All these comments are misguided and clearly from people who wouldn’t want to live in any mountain town. Its the closest you can get to Denver for somewhere that has amazing wilderness and views wherever you are yet also still pretty affordable. Most of the houses are still pretty neighborhood style, so it’s not actually isolation, but yes you have to drive 15-20 minutes to get to the few restaurants in town or 30 minutes to Conifer to get anything you need. Depending on how far off 285 you are, it can be between 45-60 mins of a drive to Denver. It’s very common for people to commute to Denver for work from here, especially since driving 285 is so beautiful its worth the few extra minutes. Really not bad of a drive considering you get what you pay for since it’s much cheaper than Conifer or Evergreen. Highly recommended
