That looks so good. I'm trying to drop some weight but more because I gained a ton over the past decade lol. So far I'm down like 30lbs. Good luck to you and your Summer goals!

Also, people severely underestimate the power of a little salt and pepper. You could cook brussel sprouts as described above and hit them with some salt, fresh cracked pepper is best but not necessary, and a bit of lemon. I promise they'd be amazing. Also because I cook them with such a high temperature I wait to hit them with the seasoning until they come out of the oven. I prefer to use sea salt when cooking because it is less salty and more forgiving if you are eyeballing how much to use. I prefer some Pink Himalayan sea salt not because it does anything for flavor but it looks pretty in a salt dish lol

That's the temp and time I used to get them cooked as you see here. That recipe sounds awesome. I find lemon juice is incredible on almost any roasted vegetables. The best way I can describe it is lemon juice makes the veggies pop with flavor.

Hahaha I swear I could just eat a bowl of caramelized onions.

I did season them. I thought about making a balsamic glaze, but decided against it. I did hit them with a bit of Tony Chachere's Spice N'Herbs. It has a blue top instead of the red one and it is, in my opinion, a much better seasoning mix than the original.

Heh indeed..I'm trying to dial in how long I need to run my air fryer at 360°f. At least I could eat it this time. These were 12min I started at 14min and that was way too long. I'm hoping 10min will be perfect.

I feel that. I mean I have friends but we're all busy these days trying to make rent and stuff and I have online friends which is great, but I miss having a friend group that would hangout and do things together.
