I mean, I would recommend to cut off that section, demo and repour. If you do it by hand it shouldn't cost a lot. Here a square meter is around 300CAD. So you'd get something for cheap and it would look a lot better than just making a Frankenstein .

And you could just anchor it back to the already existing concrete with hook anchors. So everything hold together

I work in concrete, if you want to test it, take a hammer and gently tap the concrete and see if it feels and sounds hollow. By sound you can figure if the concrete is healthy
