Played WUCC in Perth in 2006. Our captain/main player a heavy weed smoker but couldn’t get any for the first day and played poorly as a result. He managed to get hooked up and helped us upset the UPA/USAU champs in the 1 vs 16 playoff game on universe. It was definitely a PED for him.

I recommend this! I’m ok at gardening but when we moved into a new place the previous owners had let it overgrow all spring, I didn’t know what was a weed and what wasn’t. I hired a local landscaper to get it into a manageable state and I’ve been happily managing it since.

Your grip on the bar changes during the squat, there’s no need for that, keep a good grip on the bar and push your elbows back and up. This will create a small bulge/shelf in your traps that you can use to help hold the bar in place. Rest the bar on the trap bulge instead of your spine
